Changing Notification Sound on Moto G6

Under Settings>Notification sounds>Messages no matter what I choose I get HELLO. I also choose NONE and still get the notification sound. In APPS, there is a slider that lets me choose whether I see a notification or not. But I don't want to turn that off. I just want to either change the notification sound or be able to choose none sometimes. The Pavlov's Dog chime to alert me to whatever is coming in all day long is f'ing annoying. Of course I spent an hour with this - even sending text messages via my computer - to try and fix or find or set or change. It's not Ring and not Media and Not Alarm either

Try also long pressing message app tap info then scroll to notifications sound try there
