changing roms

currently running the latest cm7. finding that it runs a little sluggish so i was thinking to change to either miui or omfg rom. do i have to revert back to stock or can i just flash one of these other roms

You dont need to revert back unless going back to a TW rom than you would need to Start clean with an Odin Flash. Going to miui or OMFGB just wipe big 3 and have fun. Happy Flashing
