Changing the default primary shortcuts on S4

My 17 month old got hold of my phone and somehow managed to move my whole shortcut tray from the bottom to the middle of the page. I can drag icons in and out of the tray except the app icon but I cannot drag the tray back to the bottom. I have tried everything. Can anyone help me? I have a Galaxy S4 thru T-mobile.

Exact same problem - except it was my 3 yr old. Anyone figure out how to get the primary shortcuts back to the bottom of the screen?

It is different with Lollipop than previous versions of Android. Look at settings, more, about phone, and see what version of Android you are running!

Android 5.01 has two shortcuts on the unlock screen, PHONE and CAMERA! I do not think there is any way to change this!
