Changing the Lockscreen Timeout

Anyone know how to change the lockscreen timeout on the S5? It's only on for about 5 seconds -- barely long enough to, for instance, read the information that you might want to have displayed on it. I'm not talking about the settings in the phone that will allow you to change how long it will be before the phone locks (those are in system settings -> lock), but how long it takes for the screen to blank when it's already locked, and you want to look at what IS displayed on the screen.

Also, anyone know of a good program to mod how the lock screen looks and what it displays?

Thanks

Do you have the power saving mode on? This will override any other setting you have made for the lockscreen timeout to conserve battery.

Nope. Good thought though. I edited my earlier question to be a bit more understandable.

mmm but this is exactly what mine does when power saving is on, the screen timesout after 5s, when its already locked. Turn Psaving off then the screen timesout after 15s when its locked, which is what i set it to in the settings.

I think we might be talking about different things. I'm talking about the amount of time the screen stays on when you press the home button so that you can input the code to open the phone. I'd like that screen to stay on 10 seconds or so, not the 5 it stays on now. PowerSaving DOES affect this, but I'm not using powersaving.

No, i know exactly what you mean. What is strange is when my PSaving is off it works as intended on mine, but on yours it doesn't.
