Changing the number of rings before voicemail

I changed the number rings before going to voicemail a long time ago but this phone for some reason rings, somewhat faintly twice before going to vibrate and then voicemail. I want to change b/c its rare that i can make it to, and answer my phone within two rings...

I tired a couple of internet fixes that targeted the G4 and G5 plus models but no go. TIA

I'm assuming you've tried raising your ring volume and maybe changing your ringtone so that it's louder?

Contact your service provider, they can increase your ring time...
You also have codes you dial but I never had any success with that clumsy arrangement..
