Changing things by itself

[Android Central Question]

My phone is doing some strange things it keeps changing my wallpaper settings back to the default screen and will turn off in the middle of me looking at something online. It is also slow to type and respond to request as well as slow to go from the lock screen to the home screen. I thought it was some sort of issue with one of the apps I installed but I uninstalled it and it's still acting weird be
