Changing to an Unlocked Phone (on Sprint) Question?

I ordered an S20 ultra unlocked from Samsung directly can you please advise if it's difficult to activate this phone and keep my existing phone number. I currently have a Samsung S9 plus on Sprint that has been unlocked. I want to stay with Sprint, I have a new sim card that Sprint sent me. I really would appreciate the help so I know what I'm doing when the phone arrives.

Pop the new SIM in the new phone and you'll be good to go.

Is it really that easy? Usually things with Sprint turn out to be more complex then one could imagine, this is what prompted my initial question. Do you get Visual Voicemail?

Okay, I've never been on Sprint but in the past when I've changed phones or cell phone plans I just popped in the SIM and was good to go. I would contact Sprint about Visual Voicemail. I've only had unlocked phones. When the new phone arrives put your SIM in and see if it works to your satisfaction. If it doesn't then send it back.
