Changing toolbar in TNT Lite?

My toolbar has the silly phone icon at the left margin (v. 2.0), and of course it's useless. I saw a video where the guy had replaced it with the Settings icon, but he didn't say how.

Anyone wanna tell me how to edit the toolbar to switch icons?
