Changing Wallpaper aspect ratio

It used to be that when I tried to set a picture to be my wallpaper I could move the cropping to crop out nothing and set the entire picture to be my background. I installed Go launcher ex and it change the way the wallpaper cropped. I think this had to do with the scrolling background. I eventually decided that I liked HTC sense better and uninstalled Go launcher but now the wallpaper cropping is the same as when I had Go launcher and I cannot set a full picture to be the background. Is their any way to make it the way it was?
