Charge a tablet with a lower amp charger

The charge of my tablet broke. The charger is Gospell GP302E-050-200 (5V, 2A, 10W). I am in Egypt, so I can't find spare parts easily. The only charger I can find near is a 5V, 1.5A. I want to know if I can use it.

Bingo. You can leave the screen on and even use it, but you risk the battery level going down if the charger can't keep up. That's about the only downside.
