Charge goes down while using phone when plugged into pc/usb/wall etc.. wtf???????

Nexus 5 - Lollipop update

My phone is plugged into my pc and charging and i'm using it while plugged in and the battery life goes down. What the hell??

Anyone?

*yes i'm using the CABLE that came with the phone.

A USB port is limited to 500mA,which could explain the battery drain during use and charging. I know that my S5 would drain based on if I was using it.

The wall plug? I dunno. What plug are you using? That is what drives the capacity, not the cable...
