I have a Tab 3, P5210 and just bought a 7inch T113. Question is if I can use same charger for both.
The T113 charger shows 5V/1.0A while the P5210 shows 5V/2.0A

The correct charger is 5 volts, 2 amps output. Using the 1 A, it will take a long time to charge as it only has haft current output.

I believe Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite 7.0 use the same 5 V, 2A adapter. Using 1 Amp adapter doesn't damage it but taking double time to charge and it's not recommended.

The best charger for my Samsung S-4 and Tab-3 have been the Samsung OEM white charger. Model # ETA U90 JWE. You can get them on Ebay for under $10. Rated at 2.1 Amp and will not hurt other equipment!

Yes but what if I charge my Tab 3 7inch T113 has a 5V/1A charger. The question which no has answered yet is will it damage it to use a 2A charger instead of 1A.

It will not damage your tablet if it only needs 1 amp while using 2 Amps adapter.
This tool will tell you how much current is drawing to your tablet:
usb current and voltage tester | eBay

This is a 2 Amps Samsung adapter and the drawing current when using to charge an Iphone ( Apple's adapter is 1 Amp )

I will not burn my $800 Iphone with this Samsung 2 Amps adapter.
