Charging Cable for the Note 3

My apologies if this has been posted but couldn't seem to find it anywhere.
Has anyone heard about a recall on the charging cable on the Note3.
Mine will not seal or fit snug enough to get the charging battery icon
to stay on. I did go by the TMobile store i bought it from and they acted
like it was a common thing. It happens alot. Anyway after i got through
with my rants they ordered me another no charge. She told me it would
ship over night. Right, when i got back home later there was an email from
TMobile saying it had shipped and i could expect it in 10 days! Great customer
service....................
 
I'm not sure I've heard of this yet, but My Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note3 OEM charging cable fits like a glove. Glad to here you got it resolved.
 
I work for Tmobile and it is very common. When I spoke to my Samsung rep about it he said it is a Tmobile only issue. I was asking because I see many people coming in with faulty cables and I haven't had a problem with my att one.

So just so you know it is seen fairly often and if my Samsung guy knows about it then I imagine Samsung is also aware of the issue.

My note 3 is with Verizon as is my husband's note 3 and both of our charging cables fit perfectly.

We also have a few friends (whom we've talked into getting the note 3 haha) also with Verizon and none of them have problems with their cable either.

Have the same issue with mine, SIM free UK, cable no longer works

so it looks like it's happening to others. sorry to here that. my new cable will be here in a few days

My T-mobile note 3 has the same issue, took it to T-mobile they gave samsung's phone # to call (888)987-4357, called them and gonna send me a UPS Code so I can send the complete charger with the cable and is going to take like 2 weeks to get the replacement.:)
 
Verizon note 3 here and the cable works perfectly
