Does anyone know where I can get a longer cable that'll charge as fast as the factory cable? I've got a 6' cable but it charges extremely slow.

The block of the 2 part charger is what makes it charge fast not the cable. The only way the cable would slow it down is if u are using an extemely cheap one. So any decent quality cable will charge quickly with the quick charge block.

When I use my after market charger it doesn't tell me fast charge is on. I believe the 6' cord I use is a "tested tough" cord. It's orange braided cord with gold contacts. http://mizco.com/tough-tested/tough-tested/6ft-braided-fabric-cable-micro-usb-cable.html

You gave to get a compatible adaptive fast charging aftermarket charger.

Have not had an aftermarket cord not fast charge as long as I use the oem charger plug. I bought my 10' cord on Amazon, two pack was $10. Pricy but worth it.
