Supposedly... I received my G Watch when it first came out and my contacts corroded similar to yours. However, once the update came out I didn't notice any further corrosion on the contacts. How long have you had your G Watch?

Perhaps an email to LG Support is in order?

I purchased in February, and that second pin down is looking the same on mine, so they haven't fixed anything. I'm just buffing it with an eraser to keep it clean.
