Charging cords?

Is the Pixel XL charging cord okay top use to charge the Note? Don't want to mess any ports up.

Don't see why not. I have an LG V20 cord I charge my Note I with. I switch between that and the stock Note 8 cord and a good Samsung cord from the T-Mobile store
