Charging fix crash

I tried to add the charge fix file AFTER i had done the cm9 install on my touchpad, and i obviously failed to do it correctly as now my touchpad is frozen on the android startup screen with a message that read "unfortunately,the process com.android.pnone has stopped" i cant even shut the device down right now.

Latest CM9's shouldn't need 'charge fix' surely?

Tried 'Power' button and 'Home' button press at the same time until it reboots?
