Sometimes when I plug my phone in at night, it doesn't charge. And then I wake up to a half dead phone. Anyone else experience this? How do you resolve it.

If you have a multimeter, plug your charger into the wall, and test the current at the end of the cord. It should read ~ 4.3V.

See if another charger works.

Check the port on the phone for damage.

Or, visit Verizon where they will have cords to eliminate the two possibilities into one. If the charger is bad, they'll likely do a warranty exchange and you'll leave with a new charger.

If it's the phone, and it isn't damaged, they'll again do a warranty exchange, however that's a 2-3 business days process.
