Charging Light Never Turns Green

I have had my Droid Incredible for about two weeks now and love it. Two days ago I started having an issue with the charging led light. I always power down and charge the phone overnight and before two days ago, the LED always turned Green by the morning. Now the charge light is amber after an overnight charge. If I power the phone on and leave it plugged in, it will have 100% charge and the LED light changes to Green. If I power off and leave it plugged in, the amber light comes back on and after several hours does not change to green.

Anyone else having a similar issue? How should I go about resolving this issue? Master Reset? I do not want the battery to be overcharged since the light never changes to green. Thanks for all your help.

That's a new one. Next time you power down, pull the battery and look at it. If the contacts look clean, the battery doesn't appear to be warped, and it sits tightly into place, plug it all back in and see if anything changes.

you may have a bad battery.
Take it back and see if they will give you a new one. Then see if the new one does the same or not.

mine has NEVER turned green, lol... and my battery is fine...
