Charging problem

When I plug my charger cord into my phone I seem to always get the error "check your charger connection". Doesn't matter which way I plug in it constantly states this and it has taken an hour to get to 9%, being on phone. Normally I'd probably be at around 20 to 30 %. My daughter bought the 45 watt power charger by insignia and my phone will charge in about an hour. I have read that even using a 45 watt charger that the s21ultra will only charge at 25 watts ( I believe). If so why does it charge so dang quick using the 45 watt? Bye the way, is the insignia 45 watt charger a good deal for 34.00 with cord?

Make sure the charging port is completely clean -- use a clean dry soft-bristle toothbrush to scrub it out.

Thanks, didn't think of that. If it doesn't work is it the cable? Had it for over a year without a problem.

It's always worth trying a different cable (and make sure it's high quality, and not some random cable from a no-name brand).
