Charging Problem

I replaced my LCD digitizer and screen. Since doing this, when I plug in charger it says "charging paused. Battery temperature too low." I put a different battery in, still says it. I replaced the USB charging board, still not fixed. I did factory reset. Still not charging. Any other options?

You might have fried the temp sensor when soldering the LCD panel. Have you run sensor tests? Does it give an accurate reading?

What is the device? And do you in fact live in an exceedingly cold place?
