Charging questions and Protect Battery option in device care S22 Ultra

So is it true its best to charge to 85% max to get the best out of the battery? I see an option to protect battery and wondering what do you guys think of this? Do you use it? For me i dont think 85% battery is enough to get me through the day.

Is it best for the battery to go down to 30% for better battery life and charge it up from there? I heard letting the battery go below 30% is not good for it?

Is it bad to charge your phone before u sleep and leave it plugged in until you wake up?

Does making the font size and screen zoom bigger than default consume more battery?

Pretty much everything you said is correct for the best overall battery longevity. Li-ion batteries like a happy medium, not being fully charged/discharged. For all the nitty gritty details, this article is pretty much the gold standard.

The only thing you said that I doubt would be the font/screen zoom. That isn't likely to make any difference in battery longevity.

Unlikely, or at least so negligible that you won't notice.
