Charging Sound Missing

So I'm in the small camp where I like the sound it makes when you hook it up to a charger but I can't find the setting to enable it because mine just vibrates. Where is that setting?

Well, I'm not sure there is any setting for it..otherwise many of us would've turned it off already.
Check the area of settings where it has the dial tones on/off and vibrations on/off, etc. Haptic feedback perhaps?

I've noticed mine sometimes makes sound and sometimes it doesn't. Haven't found a setting yet.
