Screen super bright out of the box.

Im charging it so didnt play with it yet or even do anything but the welcome screen to start setting your phone up was super bright, almost hurting my eyes.

I thought therr were complaints of it not being bright enough.

Same here for the wife. After setup and a couple reboots, it settled down. She has no complaints about it not being bright enough.

It's fine now, but I had to move my brightness slider to almost 0. I toggled adaptive brightness on and off a few times and restarted.

I put my brightness setting to the same setting as my s25 ultra and the s25 ultra was brighter, but at very max the s26u is way bright. Don't know how to explain it.

I left it on auto brightness and looks the same in sunlight, haven't tried privacy screen yet.
