Can someone recommend a good wireless charging stand that will do 10 watts for Pixel 3 xl? I don't want to spend $50 on a Pixel stand. There are a couple on Amazon for under $20 that claim to do 10 watts.

I've got an older Samsung "disk" shaped charger that I use for the Pixel 3. Using it before that phone, too. But it probably was not cheap when I bought it years ago.

Is there any issue with just leaving your phone on your charging stand all day when not using it? Basically keeping the battery between 80-100% always. Or should I let it drain way down before recharging?

It is a rigid easel? The base and upright are one piece so it cannot fold down into a smaller form factor?
