Is it bad to charge the note 2s battery if its 50% or greater? Sometimes i will be left at 50% at night and want to charge it because i know i will need more than that the next day.... is this a big deal?

I wouldn't worry about it. In the end, battery is removable and you can always buy a new one if you are experiencing problems.

No, batteries have something like 500 charge cycles. So if you charge from 50% you'll have 1000 cycles. A cycle is from 0% to 100% so anything in between is a partial cycle. You'll be fine.

Usually not. I've heard of a lot but not all aftermarket batteries having charge issues within weeks or so. Many don't even have the claimed power that the manufacturer claims.
