Charging

Is it ok to leave it on the charger overnight? I fell asleep while charging it, so it was fully charged on the charger for a few hours.

I do it all the time...no issues.

Does it matter what side you charge it on? Just noticed I've been charging it on the side where the buttons are.

Perfectly fine to do this. Of course what you really should be doing is wearing it to bed so it can track your sleep.

But yeah, I used to charge my Gear S2 all night and I had no problems. Also, since I use my Galaxy Watch for sleep tracking I charge it at work every other morning. Sometimes I go for a morning meeting and leave it there for a couple hours, and there's no problem with the battery life so far.
