Charm settings?

Huh? Why does my rez suddenly have a menu for settings on a charm? Wasn't there last week, or even two days ago.

Since the Charm Menu mystery was never solved in the previous threads I'll guess the menu activates after anything is plugged into the 3.5mm headphone Jack. I know my Rezound didn't originally have this menu but now it does.
