Chase Banking App Fingerprints

Not sure if this belongs here or in the App section, but we'll start here.

Have a Galaxy S7 Edge on Verizon - downloaded the new update to the Chase app that allows for fingerprint sign in, but for whatever reason, it does not work on my phone. I have done everything from enable/disable fingerprint lockscreen, redone all of my fingerprints, completely uninstalled Chase and redid it all....is anyone else having an issue with a Verizon S7 Edge and the fingerprint unlock?

It works fine for me. I opened the app, logged in, hit the side bar in the top left corner, tapped my settings, then tapped fingerprint sign in, enabled it and it worked right away.

Ditto. Working great here. It's one of the things I missed coming from the iPhone 6S Plus. Nice to have it now with the S7 Edge.

Ugh, that's annoying. I wonder if it has something to do with the accounts I have listed in the app. I can't see any other reason why it won't work.

Yep. Have a Galaxy Note 5. Been with Chase for years with the mobile app. Have Marshmallow 6.0.1 and fingerprint login doesn't work with Chase. What a frickin' joke. Just got a replacement phone because Samsung Pay didn't work on the other Note 5. It works on the replacement, but Chase fingerprint login doesn't Unbelieveable!!
