Chat missing

You can go into settings on top is a search bar and type in chat you'll see it come up, you can do that for anything u looking for on the phone.

Are you a Verizon customer? If you are, good luck... I'm a Verizon customer with my pixel 3 XL, and I still have yet to get the chat feature set up on the Verizon side of things unfortunately.

Tips and Support is for Tips and Support

That won't bring up chat because that is not in settings. Chat settings would be in the messages app.
