Yah do it. Uh the pork ur talking about is called kalua pig. Its ok, but there is no seasoning except salt and there is no bark on it, is all grey. This is why I do my southern style bbq here with the barky goodness. Something different.

Just ordered my lens rentals for the next four weeks, as well as a battery grip for my camera and a suction cup mount for moving vehicle-mount shots. Now I just have to find a way to pass the time until Monday...

We made a kalua pig a month or so ago. Damn tasty stuff. Like you said though, no bark which was sort of a bummer but we slapped some slaw on top and put it on Hawaiian bread. Nomz fo sho.

I'm sure most have noticed, but the main vz gnex forum has really slowed down. The place used to be hoppin. Even the rooting section has only a few diehards.
Lotsa folks have moved on. Oh well natural progression.
