So you're good! I have the N7 but haven't gotten an N4 because GSM is terrible in my area I'm really hoping the software on the Google S4 makes it much easier for developers on the carrier versions.

It will likely benefit people using the various GSM carrier versions. Based on my experience with stock Android on the GS3, probably won't be as much help with versions running on non-GSM carriers like Verizon.

T-Mobile's network in my area is usually as fast or faster than Verizon LTE. With the huge influx of LTE users here, it's not unusual for me to see speeds under 1 Mbps during the day on Verizon.
