Well this is a travesty! Good lord, I hope they did something worth it!

When you have appendicitis, there's a huge risk of your appendix bursting and killing you almost instantly. So yeah. I'm pretty sure it was worth it. Lol

Don't you have like 3 hours after it bursts though? Because the body isolates the poison, but it can't hold it off for long.

It all depends on how bad it is and how toxic the toxins are. It varies with each person. Some cases it can happen instantly, with others, they'll last hours before they die. Its a really sucky thing, that appendicitis. :/ well anyways, glad you made it through your operation okay Chetan hope you feel better soon

It can be instant peritonitis....the precious organ cavity sac......These days even bust appendages have relatively good success rate if treated soon. Nothing like a peritoneal gut wash and iv antibiotics
