Anyway...Hey, Chatter
Went to the bookstore today. Have only bought 3 out of the 4 books I need so far, but I've already spent $380

☹ That's really expensive. Were any used books available?
Only for one one the classes. It was at a local bookstore which is supposed to be cheaper than at school, but I went to the on-campus store and turns out it's actually quite a bit cheaper here
Going to return the others tomorrow and get them here (where they are available for rent)

That's good you'll be able to save some money.
Anyone here have any personal experience with ll bean?
I am going to likely pick up a nice set of work boots from them. Maybe in a couple months(or a little sooner) a nice winter jacket too, it's not cheap.. Exactly, but considering what I have heard about ll bean, and what their warranty is *supposedly* like I think it's worth it(but I was just seeing if anyone here had any experience with the warranty) thanks for the responseI've ordered clothes from them but not for several years.

Ya, I'm just a temp so I don't think my work would do anything for me, but who knowsI've never needed warranty, but I didn't get work boots. The place where I worked gave me an allowance for boots every year, and I just got my boots from a local store.

Good idea! You can always deduct the cost of the boots on your taxes if they're needed for work.
