My phone couldn't hold lte for the first 30 minutes I was home, and all I could think was "WTF". Then i decided to turn off sprint connection "optimization" haven't lost lte since...lol. Sometimes sprint*shakes finger*

Please trust me...You need to COMPLETELY disable the Sprint Connections Optimizer.!

I've done what It will allow( which is disable it)and until I find need to root,it can stay like it is.

Having had experience with it, I can tell you that the Sprint Connections Optimizer will re-enable itself.

Besides messing up your connections, it will also try to force you to connect to every WiFi your phone comes near.

Trust me, you need to root your phone, and Freeze the Sprint Connections Optimizer with Titanium Backup as soon as possible.

Me too but If It doesn't, I have sprint ,and they could give af less about exchanging devices for software issues. They took my m8 back today and it had no installed android version on it. True story.
