When a self help book starts like this

Basically saying everything that in my opinion is wrong with self help books and why i haven't been able to take any of them seriously enough to use them to my advantage chances are. Im going to like that book. Currently reading it now. And you know what?I'm doing the exercises the author asks me to do and it feels kinda good. For so long I've been saying i need to change. Bit I've nit really made a plan or actually got any way towards making that change. And before i can change that has to.

This is the book by the way. Its somewhat female orientated. But hey, that's fine! We're all people. The title makes the book seem way cheesier than it is. The concept might seem silly at first look. But at least I'm finding it of use.

Dubstep is electronic. It's a variant of EDM.
