I highly recommend going through all of the xkcd comics. That and Cyanide & Happiness keep me rolling. I've had a few slow days at work were I did nothing but browse their old comics...

It shows the hover text too?!? Will be downloading this app. When I first found xkcd I got about 400 strips in before I even noticed the associated text. I had to go back through and read all of them again.

Also, meteor shower tonight. Might have to head outside in an hour or so to see what happens. It's dark as hell out here, so should be a good show.

Actually, I'm in Indiana about 1.5 hours outside of Chicago. Grew up in the Chicago burbs, moved a bit further away for work. Now I'm in the middle of GD nowhere.

Probably take a couple beers and the hookah to the end of the driveway to watch the stars tonight. Totally plan on looking like a hillbilly (might rock the cowboy hat too).

I'm getting confused between the various input methods. Android will pop up fields in portrait mode with text input ready to go, but there doesn't seem to be a way to enter text without flipping open the hard keyboard. Is that so?

If it is, usability would seem to dictate not activating input fields when text can't be input, or am I missing something?

Definitely was not top shelf haha.. And I've moved on to coronas, just about the only beer I can stomach right now :thumbup:

Morning everyone... 2 days away from my test. Tuesday is judgement day. I have been scoring 85s and above on progress multiple choice tests which is a very good sign. I am right in line with what I was doing for all 3 other sections so I feel confident but not overly confident. Anyway, I have a stupid christening this afternoon for my gf's family. Studying is my excuse to get me out early... sadly it didn't work to get my out fully.

Also, I have managed to get my hands on another GS3. This one, 32gb in Blue from a friend who went back to his iPhone but didn't send it back within the 2 week return period. Basically this phone is payment to me for fixing his computer. So back to 2 phones, and if I don't like it... EBAY!
