Re: [Chatter] Galaxy Nexus CRACKFLASHERS | SECRET LAIR ;-)

And I didn't get the job. FML.

That sucks, sorry dude. Don't beat yourself up though, its so hard out there these days. Took me nearly a year to get a job after graduating and even then I had to settle for temp work, horrible pay.... and here I am back in school, lol. You'll get there just keep at it :)

Thanks guys!

Yeah right now I have a temp gig in my sights. What I do now--researching--but it's decent pay and it'll buy me some time through the summer.

lol get ready zero, your time will come soon...:(

Re: [Chatter] Galaxy Nexus CRACKFLASHERS | SECRET LAIR ;-)

Argh someone bumped a "wheres my 405 update" thread. *sigh* :)

Well, I finally jumped on the tap talk bandwagon. I wished I had find this sooner. I never did because the I didn't like how the similar concept was implemented on webOS. This just works.

Re: [Chatter] Galaxy Nexus CRACKFLASHERS | SECRET LAIR ;-)

I am thinking of making a poll. I have never made one and am unsure how to go about this.
When starting a new thread, there is a poll option at the bottom. Do I just check that option and click submit?
It doesnt let you set the poll options before hitting submit.

Anyone do a poll?

I haven't made one on Android Central, but I have on other forums. After you t submit you'll get the poll options.

Ok thanks, hope I don't look like a fool and hit submit and there is no poll. lol

Funny thing I haven't created a poll either but if you mess it up let me know and I can delete the post so you don't look like a fool :-)

Anyone else flash B34 / new GAPPS? Market restore didn't work?

I'm surprised you use market restore even, given how much you flash ;) .. I just let TiBu restore all my apps (only about 50% with data, obv, but I let it do half of them without just because its quicker than market).

On another note.. I have been an embarrassingly bad crackflasher these last couple weeks. I haven't left Patient Zero M1 except for a few test builds from th3ory that I went back to my backup after.. and haven't even flashed anything in probably close to 2 weeks. JESUS. I think I'm gonna get on the crack grind tonight... Thinking of giving liquid a spin just to see what the fuss is about (lol)... then I'll probably go for aokp build 34 since I'm sure I'll be happy with that. Been wanting to run straight aokp for a while anyways and give it a good comparison to th3ory's builds so it should be as good a time as any with the new build just dropping.

Cool story bro... I know right?? lol :)

Anyone been running anything else interesting I might enjoy?

I missed that there was a new Gapps package. I did flash B34 this afternoon but used the 3-17-2012 Gapps. Oh, well...

I decided that I just don't think Liquid is as stable as I would like it to be. As mentioned previously, I initially ran into a few weird bugs when i first flashed it. After that, I began getting screen redraws and it felt like the Rom was bogging down at times. Could have been the Franco kernel....not sure. At any rate, I switched back to the tried and true AOKP. Pretty sure I'm just gonna stick with AOKP for a while until something else more compelling comes along. This Rom is just solid. That's all there is to it.

Re: [Chatter] Galaxy Nexus CRACKFLASHERS | SECRET LAIR ;-)

Hm.. guess I'll skip liquid then. Actually as I was breezing their OP on rootz I remembered that I didn't want to flash their stuff anyway since nocoast is on that team and he's a little female dog.

Re: [Chatter] Galaxy Nexus CRACKFLASHERS | SECRET LAIR ;-)

I have to agree here, I too left Liquid 1.3 due to issues. Just not as solid as Patient Zero has been and thats considered a beta! Considering flashing AOKP tonight for fun but i might wait for the next milestone.

Anyone check out PICKR from DT yet? I have not heard much about it here. Could be good?
