I snatch him up and pull him into the grass at any inkling of danger. He, obviously revolts initially. He's aware of the frailties of the human body, in relation to direct impact to a moving vehicle, however. He often states how he doesn't want to be "squooshed", regarding that scenario.
I know that you, and many others here are young. One or many of you may have the "I don't want kids'' mentality. Don't hold onto it forever.
It isn't in your best interest as a human being.
You won't be complete... unless you raise an offspring of your own. In my opinion, they are THE greatest gift in life. I did not know the depth of love that I could have for another human being, until my son was born. It's on a whole different level. It's indescribable, so I won't attempt to describe it.
