I have both and find myself using the Nexus 7 more than my iPad. I usually carry my N7 to work, which I don't normally do with the iPad. I do like using the iPad when I'm at home or travelling without a notebook machine.

Any of yu guys own the new iPad and the nexus 7 I'm really considering either selling my iPad and buying the nexus or just keeping both... your Guys thoughts?

I have both an original iPad and the N7. I've more-or-less gifted the iPad to the girlfriend. I never found myself using it all that much. On the other hand, the 7 gets used daily. The iPad was a bit too large (and heavy) for my liking; I can comfortably hold the Nexus for long stretches of usage without tiring. When couch-browsing, I find I don't really need the extra screen real estate. So I mostly agree with NJAP, but given the choice at home I still go with the Nexus.

Also, I don't think either tablet can fully eliminate the need for a true computer (laptop or desktop). It's purely a luxury item. Having said that, the price-point of the Nexus is much sweeter for being what it is. There isn't really much I feel the iPad does better, and certainly not enough items to justify the much higher price. As you said, definitely hold off for a couple of weeks and see if a 32GB model truly materializes.

As I live and breathe.... yes.

TV was delivered BTW. Not so sure abt Sony bravia, have one already, but this is bigger and LED and 120 hz so at least sports will be more dope
