Tonight's dinner: cheese-stuffed salmon, saut?ed mushrooms and onions from an LA farmers market, saut?ed red, orange, yellow peppers with banana squash and cucumber, lemon zest poppy seed bread from a local San Diego Bakery with burnt orange olive oil, and a side salad (mixed greens, baby tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado) with vinaigrette dressing. Russian River-area-based Pinot Noir for pairing.

Dessert was basic but nice: Ben and Jerry's vanilla ice cream, sliced strawberries, and dusted with a light coating of powdered sugar.

Drinking coffee at 10 minutes to midnight feels kinda weird. I used to do it all the time when I worked nights before.... but its been months since I've been on 3rd shift. Well, at this time Sunday night I'll be working. Finished my shift today at 330pm. Start my next one Sunday 11pm. Fun stuff.

You guys are making me hungry with all your damn food pics :-!

None for me tonight. Party tomorrow night. Might be scare around here tomorrow. Will try and send some pics with brewskies and food. What good is a party if I can't share it with Chatter, lols. My boy is getting main course catered, and, guests are bringing apps and booze. I'm making stuffed mushrooms. Will be sure to post pics of those, and, if I can sneak some party shots for you guys, I will.
