Good morning, Chatter. I went to work yesterday, for annual safety review, check ride, and second quarter training. It all went well.
Then I drove home, and slept all night, no dinner. Still sick.
So we'll see if I can get in to see my doctor when they open up today. This stupid sinus/throat thing has got to go!!

Oh...just because I feel crappy, doesn't mean I lost my appetite.
Sweet onion, green onion, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, garlic and chopped curly parsley, caramelized over low heat in olive oil and butter. Then chopped bologna and pepperoni added. Finished with grated Kerrygold two year old cheddar.
Secret spice? Glad you asked...smoked paprika.

Knees. Some days mine feel great. Other days I get home from work, and it's tempting to just amputate mid-thigh. Most day's they start fine and by the end of the day it's a mild/dull ache from surrounding the whole joint, inside and out. I should probably go see a chiropractor or reflexologist or something one of these days and see if something's out of place.... I'm on my feet a LOT so it wouldn't surprise me

Love those AC mugs. It's on my "want, don't need, not a priority -- but maybe someday" list. But the coffee part? absolutely necessary for proper function. Somewhere between breathing and (yes, I note the irony) cigarettes.
