Most day's they start fine and by the end of the day it's a mild/dull ache from surrounding the whole joint, inside and out. I should probably go see a chiropractor or reflexologist or something one of these days and see if something's out of place.... I'm on my feet a LOT so it wouldn't surprise me

My knees also used to get unbearable pain but then my doctor told me to get Orthotics(support feet) and my knee pain has been significantly reduced.

Love those AC mugs. It's on my "want, don't need, not a priority -- but maybe someday" list. But the coffee part? absolutely necessary for proper function. Somewhere between breathing and (yes, I note the irony) cigarettes.

If I'm honest, and my limited research backs this up, nicotine addiction is NOT as hard to overcome as the MENTAL addiction people have to what they think cigarettes do for them. The psychological addiction is far stronger then the physical addiction is.

I just quit, myself on September 1 of last year, and have been smoke free since.

Well, it's official, antibiotics and snot spray, and probably back to work on Saturday.

Till then, it's pizza, and checking my movies...TV is looking pretty brutal tonight.

That's how it was for me. Once I decided I didn't want to smoke anymore I didn't. I was fortunate I was able to quit cold turkey. 2 and a half years later I don't miss them and just smelling them is awful.

We bought two of them off EBay (Thanks, Mr. Anonymous!) and I had to drive two hours both ways to get them at 1am. Fun times.

It was a good thing we did it that way, though, because we don't live in a 3G area and they wouldn't have been sold at local stores.
