I've also the camera lags very slightly, sometimes when opening, sometimes when capturing. It's easily livable and far faster then my old phone. Just wondering if I missed a setting to tweak?

No, it works fine, there's just a slight hesitation sometimes. I haven't played with it enough to figure out when it does it or what may be causing it. Perhaps is just part of the app or TouchWiz dragging things down slightly. The quality of the pictures is leaps and bounds above my old phone, so that's all I wanted. I was just curious that's all

On my Gnex, SlimRom was awesome until 4.4. 4.3 was amazing, but they really struggled to get something stable together with 4.4. I tried CM (nightly builds) and every single one was faster and more stable on 4.4. However, on previous builds (4.3 and below) I was never really all that impressed with CM.

Oh well, I promised wifey I wouldn't root my S4 until the warranty is up.
