Starting my new job today as a Driver Manager for a new company. A lot less number crunching while several of previous jobs have required me to assume managerial duties and/or supervise some direct reports, etc - this time I'll have about 40 indirect reports and that's more or less all it is. I suspect I'll come to miss my numbers.
