Hello everyone! It's Monday again! That means the Christmas mini vacations are over... Ugh...
Oh well, lets start the week with a great attitude, after all, it's the last week of 2015!

What dish is that?

You make a batter with chick pea flour and and some crushed ginger and garlic paste to it along with a bit of pureed green chillies. Then you spread it on a flat steel plate and then steam this batter. After it cools you cut little strips and then lift them up into little rolls and then garnsih with sesame seeds, mustard seeds and coconut flakes and some cilantro.

Some new toys showed up today...

First up is the Xiaomi Mi 4C which is a clone of the Nexus 5X sans NFC and fingerprint scanner.

Next is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime. This is a killer device for the price. If this had NFC it would replace my Nexus 5 in a heartbeat.
