Hello,

I'm new. And slightly tech impaired. :-[ I was wondering if there was any difference between cheapie (ie less than $10/piece) and more expensive (ie greater than $10/piece) screen protectors? I know there are varying opinions on what screen protectors are the best (saw the discussion about best screen protectors). I'm not looking for a sales pitch, but am wondering what is the difference between a high quality vs lower quality screen protector. If there is already a thread with addressing this please direct me to it! I've only been on this site for about 2 days so haven't had a lot of time to look around. Thanks a bunch!

Biggest difference I noticed is that even if you get a cheapie "scratch resistent" screen protector, the first time you put it in a pocket it comes out looking like you drug it through the sand. That's definitely a you get what ya pay for item from my experience so far.

To add to what strabo said a bunch of cheaper screen protectors will make you screen rainbow. And i have a zagg hd on my s3 and for the price it cost me im ok with it because i has fallen off twice (no screen protector is really case friendly) and i got a new one installed free:D
So i saved money their really.
