Check charging cover

Two things going on that I would like to stop.

SM -G900T unlocked 6.0.1

Every time I unplug the charger I get the popup saying Check Charging Cover. Also if I restart the phone I get the Check Battery Cover popup.

You'll have to root to get rid of these. They are cautionary messages for the purpose of the Galaxy S5's water resistance. When the phone restarts, it doesn't know exactly why and just assumes that you removed the back and battery (or SD and/or SIM card). Hence the "check the back cover".
When you're done charging, the port is open which could allow water or dust damage. Hence the warning about the charging cover.
