Check Internet Connection & Try Again - Note 5 Marshmallow

I just upgraded my Verizon Note 5 to Marshmallow 6.0.1 and now it is popping up "Please check your internet connection and try again"

1. cached my applications
2. reset all wifi settings

Is there a fix or suggestion for this? Thanks

I'm having the same issue, but only within the Facebook app. I have a Galaxy S6. It's been very frustrating. I have Force Stop and re-updated the app, but it will not work.

I'm hoping to find a solution, or that an update or patch will happen to fix it.

Did you already do the factory restore, this should always be done after major android upgrade

Ugg, is right. I've not done that. I know how, and I also know that I will lose everything. Blah.
