I'm in the UK and it's on Samsung members app but in the US I think they have the Samsung + app.
I have a Note 9 and the only thing I could buy is the ear buds as they are the only accessory on the list that isn't specifically for the S10/+

According to the app notes (dated Mar 14), Samsung+ has now changed the name of the app to be Samsung Members.

I'm in the US and I'm not seeing any discount information.
